Hey Hope Friends, It's later in the afternoon to send this email. I'm off my rhythm as I have been spending time in meetings this whole week about a possible new Hope opportunity. IF this materializes, we'll have more to share after Easter. Whether conversations this week mean anything or not, God keeps asking us to pay close attention to what we might be missing? Who is excluded? Is it that short guy in the tree? (If you have no idea why I said that, listen to tomorrow's Scripture!) Who wants in and can't find a way? Maybe we're too short (sighted) to see what God has going on!? I know I'm relying on God to show me what I need to see and who I need see. I am honored and grateful to be the spriritual leader of this congregation. Tricia Hermon, one of our Hope leaders, reminded me "Every single week 100 people in person and 100 people online pray that God would send us absolutely everyone, don't be surprised when God takes us seriously!" Holy Week Activities (April 14-20) Monday: Bible Study 6-7pm Tuesday: Creator Space 6-8 Wednesday: Dinner + Youth, Young Adult, Kid, and Adult Stuff 6-7:30pm Thursday: Maundy Thursday Worship 6-7pm with Communion (*please note we are going to post-pone our prayer vigil for next year) And the main event: EASTER SUNDAY 9:30 and 11:00 -- A great chance to invite someone to church!
